The lab studies workplace equity, AI and machine learning in personnel decisions, and authentic employee experiences, with particular attention to fairness in assessment, neurodiversity at work, and broadening participation in STEM careers.

    Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at CSU. Research interests include assessment fairness, authenticity at work, machine learning in personnel decisions, and promoting STEM careers among historically underrepresented populations.
